How do I apply for an apartment?
Applications for Noble can be completed entirely online via our property website by selecting your preferred floor plan and creating an applicant account.
What income, credit, and screening qualifications are needed to apply?
Noble requires a combined gross household income equal to three times the monthly rent. We utilize a third-party screening process that focuses on overall credit history rather than an exact credit score. All applicants over the age of 18 are screened for criminal background, rental history, income, and credit.
How long does the application approval process typically take?
Our team at Noble strives to complete the application process within 72 hours, although this timeline can depend on outside factors like third-party screening and rental history verification.
What are your available lease terms and lengths?
Depending on availability, Noble offers flexible lease terms ranging from 8 to 15 months.
What is the total estimated cost due at move-in (deposits & fees)?
At the time of application, Noble requires a $50 application fee per applicant and a $250 administrative fee. Any potential security deposits and prorated base rent are due at move-in and are based on third-party screening results.
Are security deposits refundable?
Security deposits at Noble are determined by screening results and are potentially refundable at move-out, depending on the condition of the apartment and other factors.
What is the penalty for breaking a lease, or do you allow lease transfers?
To terminate a lease early at Noble, you must provide a written 60-day notice to vacate and pay a buyout fee equal to twice the base rent. Please note that you must live in the apartment for at least six months before an early lease termination is permitted.
Are pets allowed, and what are the restrictions/fees?
Yes, Noble is proudly a pet-friendly community. We also feature fantastic amenities for your furry friends, including an on-site pet spa and an off-leash bark park.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, Noble requires all residents to carry renter's insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000.
Is this a smoke-free community?
Yes, Noble is strictly a non-smoking community.
What is the policy on subletting or Airbnb/Short-term rentals?
Noble does not permit any form of subletting or short-term rentals, including Airbnb.
What is the guest policy for overnight stays?
Guests are welcome to stay overnight at Noble, but we request that management be notified if a guest will be staying for seven consecutive days.
Do you offer virtual, self-guided, or in-person tours, and how do I schedule one?
Noble offers virtual 3D tours online, and in-person tours can easily be scheduled by contacting our leasing team directly.
How do I handle maintenance requests?
Noble provides reliable 24-hour emergency maintenance. Non-emergency work orders can be submitted conveniently through our Resident Portal app.
How do I pay rent? Can I pay online?
Rent at Noble can be securely paid online via debit card, credit card, or ACH. We also accept in-person payments using a check or certified funds.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Utilities are not included in the base rent at Noble. Estimated monthly charges include valet trash ($25), Spectrum Internet ($65), and pest control ($5). Water and sewer are billed based on your apartment's square footage and occupancy, while electricity is set up and billed directly through Duke Energy.
Which providers are available for internet and cable?
High-speed internet at Noble is provided exclusively through Spectrum for $65 per month.
What appliances and finishes are included in the kitchen?
The kitchens at Noble feature luxurious finishes, including quartz countertops, custom melamine cabinetry, subway tile backsplashes, and sleek stainless steel appliances.
What general features and finishes are standard in the apartments?
Standard apartments at Noble feature beautiful composite wood flooring, plush carpeted bedrooms, private balconies or patios, modern hardware and LED lighting, and spacious walk-in closets.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Residences at Noble feature high-quality composite wood flooring in the main living areas and plush carpeting in the bedrooms.
Is laundry included in the apartment?
Yes, a convenient in-home washer and dryer are included in every apartment at Noble.
Do the apartments have A/C or specific climate control?
Yes, all apartments at Noble are fully equipped with air conditioning.
Does the apartment have extra storage space?
Yes, the residences at Noble feature spacious walk-in closets for your storage needs.

The fitness center and resident clubhouse at Noble offer 24/7 access. The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Is the apartment set up for remote work?
Absolutely. Noble is perfectly equipped for remote work, featuring professional co-working spaces, a dedicated conference room, and a podcast recording studio.
Is the building secured or controlled access?
Yes, all residential buildings at Noble feature controlled access for added security.
What is the parking situation (including EV charging)?
Noble offers free surface lot parking. For an additional monthly fee, residents can opt for reserved private attached garages, EV-attached garages, or detached garages.
Where do guests park, and do they need a permit or pay a fee?
Guest parking at Noble is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis with no permits or fees required. If a guest will be parking frequently or for an extended period, please notify our leasing office.
How do I get my packages (is there a locker system)?
All packages at Noble are securely delivered to our dedicated package room located within the 24-hour clubhouse. Residents can easily access the room using their key fob, and packages are conveniently organized alphabetically by last name.
Are the apartments ADA accessible, and do the buildings have elevators?
Yes, every building at Noble is equipped with an elevator, and we offer specific ADA-accessible apartments based on availability.
